Cool climate Shiraz through and through. Dark berries, black pepper and a savoury edge sit over a soft, medium-bodied palate with subtle oak in the background. There’s plenty of flavour here, but it never feels heavy handed. The sort of red that feels right at home with winter evenings by the fire at SKEG’s, a steak off the grill or a table full of shared plates.
