Orders and Delivery


Wine is shipped using Australia Post eParcel Service and is tracked along the way. Please allow between 2-4 business days for shipping to capital cities. Generally wine will arrive within 7 business days to most regional locations in Australia. Deliveries to Tasmania, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland may take longer.

Delivery charges are indicated on the shopping cart page of the website. All deliveries must be in units of 6 bottles. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office.

Deliveries can only be made to an Australian Address.

Delivery Must Be Made;

  • to the adult person who placed the order, or
  • to another adult person at those premises who undertakes to accept it on behalf of the person who
  • placed the order, or
  • if the delivery is not made on the same day as the order is taken or the sale is made, in
  • accordance with the customer’s instructions.


Please understand all of our wines are made in limited quantities, and that wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. We endeavour to ensure that all wines listed on the website are currently available. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we reserve the right to substitute a different vintage of the same wine at the same price

Refunds/Wine quality guarantee

If for any reason your expectations aren’t met, please contact us and we will happily exchange or refund your wine purchase. If your wine has been broken or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
